Ahead of Schedule

I've decided to launch Ionosphere ahead of schedule, because I was bored, and I wanted to see my ideas come to life. It's far from being complete at this point, but I wanted to bring it up for everyone to see. Now, can anyone guess what the idea is behind this new design and development? Comment if you know, and also comment to let you know what you think of the new images/layout.
